About Brandon Harnsberger

Brandon Harnsberger is not just another real estate Broker; the business is literally in his blood. His incomparable passion and dedication are evidenced by endless days, weeks and years spent at the office, in the field, and helping his clients and fellow Realtors.

A native of Los Angeles, Brandon proudly represents the fourth generation of his family dedicated to keeping Harnsberger Real Estate running smoothly and successfully. He marked his natural sales skills selling doll houses as a child, and has always been intrigued with numbers and values. In younger years, Brandon worked with his grandmother, a then award-winning top broker, in the office preparing files for agents and touring properties. He assisted with his father’s custom home building projects as a teen, and received formal training in all facets of real estate with specialized classes in finance, law, office management, appraisal and marketing.

The day he was given a desk at Harnsberger, the oldest brokerage firm in LA, was Brandon’s most significant achievement. Today he partners with his mother, Michelle Harnsberger, in driving the family brokerage brand forward, and maintaining the rock solid ethics for which the company is known. Brandon obtained his California real estate license in 2003 and has since developed his own outstanding reputation for helping sellers, buyers, investors and builders in Downtown LA, Highland Park, Garvanza, Eagle Rock and Mt. Washington successfully achieve their goals.

He believes in home ownership and the American dream. Representing over 100 buyers to date, only one went into foreclosure during the Great Housing Recession – a noteworthy record equaled by very few agents. Brandon credits this to his values, ethics, and “good” real estate representation that has been market resistant, proven and tested over generations. His record with sellers is just as impressive, thanks to strategic market techniques that have earned top dollar returns. Brandon’s savvy negotiating and ability to foresee issues before they arise make his experience invaluable. He is also an expert in multi-families having managed, rented and sold many such dwellings. Brandon works with all investors to see upside potential and advises with an honest long-term view based on expert historical insight.

A member of the Greater Los Angeles/Beverly Hills Board of Realtors, Brandon leverages his well-established connections with LA’s top brokers to benefit all his clients in a very competitive marketplace. He feels it’s his social responsibility to help the local community, and as such, was awarded City of LA Certificate of Honor for his role in building Skate Park for Kids. Brandon also recently fought the City of LA on rent increases in a city-owned primarily senior occupant apartment complex. He supports many charitable causes, running the LA Marathon and cycling from San Francisco to LA for AIDS.
